These Direct Contract Terms apply to Direct Contracts active on Make Money prior to April 18, 2024, and will sunset on April 20, 2025. As of April 18, 2024 for all new Direct Contracts and April 20, 2025 for all pre-April 18, 2025 Direct Contracts, the terms that apply to all Direct Contracts will be outlined in our User Agreement, Fee and ACH Authorization Agreement, and the applicable Escrow Instructions.
These Make Money Contracts Terms (“Direct Contracts Terms”) define the terms and conditions under which Make Money offers and you agree to use Make Money’s Direct Contracts service, as described in these terms (“Direct Contracts Services”), and are part of and incorporate by reference the Make Money User Agreement and other Terms of Service. The Direct Contracts Terms are in addition to and, except where explicitly stated, do not supersede, replace, or limit other similar terms in the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein are defined in the User Agreement or elsewhere in the Terms of Service.
IN ORDER TO USE MAKE MONEY’S DIRECT CONTRACTS SERVICE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE DIRECT CONTRACT TERMS AND THE ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN THE USER AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE ANY DIRECT CONTRACTS SERVICES.

Payee role: APP user.Note: Our company's business involves cash withdrawals from local users in various countries, and we need to pay users wages. Payment channels have local wallets. We transfer funds to a payment channel, which acts as a conduit to pay users in their local currency on our behalf.
Make Money has contracts and agreements with payment agents to protect the rights and interests of users.
Any user who is eligible to use the APP is eligible to use the direct contract service, subject to this restriction on customer qualifications. Users who have previously had an account on MAKE MONEY can accept direct contracts without registering an account.
When a user submits an exchange order within the APP, the payment channel will pay the amount to the user in real time. The order time is determined by the user and is not limited to 24 hours. The service fee paid to the payment channel is 4% of each order fee, and the wire transfer fees, exchange differences, etc. incurred by recharging to the payment channel are all borne by MAKE MONEY.
The gold coin income generated by users completing tasks in the app will be withdrawn according to the ratio of 1$:1000 gold coins, and MAKE MONEY will issue actual currency to users based on this (all value-added expenses generated in the process will likely be shared with users).
